Just installed the IRP Short Shifter for my 2018 BRZ and I’m honestly impressed with the difference it makes. The shifts feel super precise and direct—way shorter throws compared to stock, which makes driving a lot more engaging and fun.
Build quality is top-notch as well. You can tell it’s a solid, well-engineered piece, and everything fit perfectly during installation. It does add a bit more mechanical feel (and slight noise), but that’s expected with a performance shifter and honestly adds to the experience.
